CRIB 5 is a fire safety standard required for commercial environments, ensuring that upholstery fabrics and furnishings meet strict flame retardant regulations suitable for use in hotels, restaurants, and other contract settings.
Trade Discounts & Business Requirements
To qualify for trade pricing, you must be a bona fide business related to furniture or property. Discounts range from 10-20%, depending on the order size, but some collections are excluded. Items delivered or collected on a business-to-business basis are non-returnable.
Wholesale Partnerships
We hold active accounts with all of the leading UK furniture wholesalers, including 2 based in central Europe namely Eicholtz and Richmond Interiors. If you require a product from a wholesaler's current catalogue that is not listed on our website, please enquire, as we may be able to source it for you.
Delivery, Installation & Storage
For trade orders delivered directly to clients' homes, a delivery and installation charge will apply based on the order size. UK Mainland delivery starts from £60 for a drop-off service. We can also provide a quote for unwrapping, unpacking, and installing items in your client's home. (Please note that we do not hang mirrors or fit lighting.)
Order & Payment Terms
A minimum order value of £1,800* is required to qualify for a trade discount. Payments for business-to-business transactions must be made via BACS transfer. If paying by credit or debit card, a surcharge of 3-5% will be applied. For further details please contact us.
