At Nicky Cornell we have 3 options for delivery. Our deliveries made by our own team are made Tuesday-Friday at reasonable times.
We offer a free of charge collection service which will (in most cases) half your delivery lead time. You will be collecting from our warehouse and showroom in Hertfordshire. *all collections must be arranged prior, driving license/passport will be required if the order has been pre paid.
We will deliver your goods to the ground floor only and just inside of your front door, no packaging will be taken away. This service is only recommended for smaller items.
Items will be taken to your room of choice, assembled by our professional delivery team and all packaging will be taken away and disposed of. Please ensure you check access with our sales team prior to delivery and notify them of any tight turns, low ceilings, parking restrictions etc which may affect your delivery.
It is down to the customer to ensure the property has adequate access and the goods will fit and if not you will incur a restocking fee. Nicky Cornell do not install any electrical items or hang any mirrors.
From time to time, we may use an external courier to get your goods delivered to you faster. This includes a wooden pallet service however we will notify you beforehand if this is the case.
All deliveries made to these locations are quoted on an individual basis, please contact our sales team for further information. Due to brexit there are a limited number of delivery companies available. Unfortunately we cannot arrange any returns from outside the UK, this will be down to the customer.
If delivery fails on the day
We understand that you may wish to return your order. If this is the case please notify our sales team within 14 days of delivery and keep all packaging. We will either arrange a collection or you are able to do this yourself.
*Please note that for larger items you may incur a restocking fee
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any clearance items, mattresses or items that have been bespokely altered for you. Trade orders are unable to be returned/cancelled. *Please be aware that if you have signed the damage disclaimer we are unable to accept your return.
