We'll deliver your item to just inside your front door. Please note, this service does not include unpacking, and is best suited to smaller pieces.

If you ask for your item to be left in a safe place, please be aware this is done at your own risk.

Room of Choice Delivery From £49.99

Your items will be delivered to the room of your choice, carefully assembled by our professional team, with all packaging taken away and responsibly disposed of. To ensure a smooth delivery, please check access with our sales team in advance and let us know of any tight staircases, low ceilings, or parking restrictions that may affect the route.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that access is suitable and that items will fit. If not, a restocking fee will apply. Please note, we do not install electrical items or hang mirrors.

On occasion, we may use a trusted external courier to ensure your order reaches you as promptly as possible.

Collection

You must bring a suitable vehicle if you are collecting. We offer a free of charge collection service which will (in most cases) halve your delivery lead time. You will be collecting from our warehouse and showroom in Hertfordshire, just outside of London.

*all collections must be arranged prior, driving license/passport will be required if the order has been pre paid.

Returns Policy

We're happy to accept returns on most items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If you're unsure about an item at the time of delivery, please ask our delivery team to leave the packaging with you-returns without original packaging cannot be accepted. You can either arrange your own return or use our collection service, which ranges from £39 to £99 depending on location and item size. Orders over £1,200 may also incur a 10% restocking fee.

*If you reside on an offshore island (e.g Guernsey, Isle of Wight). you are responsible for covering the full cost of returning any item to us should you wish to make a return.

Delivery to Scotland

All deliveries made to Scotland are quoted on an individual basis, please contact our sales team for further information.

We do not deliver to Ireland, however you are able to arrange your own courier collection from our Warehouse.

FAQs

How do I return furniture?
To return your furniture item(s) please phone or email one of our sales team within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be packaged back in the original packaging. If you select our Room of Choice Delivery (White Glove) and you are unsure of any items, you must ask the Delivery Team to leave the packaging with you upon delivery. Failure to retain packaging, will affect your ability to return any items.
Is there an additional delivery fee for my area?
Some postcodes are subject to an additional delivery surcharge due to their location. If your address falls within one of these areas, any applicable surcharge will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order. We believe in transparent pricing, so you'll always know the total cost before completing your purchase.
Can we store your order?
Absolutely. If you're renovating, moving home or simply not ready for delivery, we can securely reserve and store your furniture for up to 4 months free of charge. This allows you to secure stock now and avoid missing out on limited availability while taking delivery at a later date. After the initial 4 month period, a storage charge of £75.00 per item, per month will apply until delivery is arranged. If you require longer term storage, our team will be happy to discuss your requirements.
